God is Good. I had the privilege of helping out at our recent lock-in for the teens of our church. This is a yearly event that usually brings in lots of extra visitors. We had close to 150 teenagers to attend.
The teens get to spend the night in the Family Fun Center in Hendersonville. Before they went there, we had a service in our church sanctuary to give these young people an opportunity to hear God's Word being preached. We are praising God that there were 24 teenagers who either got saved or rededicated their lives to the Lord that night. I was totally in awe of how God humbled these kids and worked in their hearts.
I am thankful that I was able to help a young man who knew he was saved, but needed to start living for God. The Devil did try to work against God that night. While we were dealing with all these kids, our fire alarm went off in the church. It didn't stop God's Work though. I know that the angels in Heaven were rejoicing over the souls who made Jesus their Savior. Please keep these teenagers in your prayers as they are beginning their walk with The Lord.
